What is HIIT?
HIIT, or high intensity interval training, involves short bursts of high intensity movements at maximal effort with periods of rest or low-intensity exercises for recovery. HIIT is a robust method of inducing remarkable physiological adaptations and health benefits in a short amount of time, and has shown to burn more calories post-workout compared to steady-state cardio.
Classes marked with an asterisk (*) are open to all levels, but prior class experience is recommended for the best results.
