All classes are suitable for all levels of experience, and your instructors will provide options for regressions and progressions in class. We always encourage challenging yourself, but your workout is yours - sweat comfortably!

BE PRESENT
Class time is precious time, and magic happens when we all move together. Phones, conversations, doing your own personal workouts and going in and out of class can be unsafe and distracting for others.

BE KIND
Show care and respect for your fellow Sweat Fam, and treat others the way you want to be treated. Lift each other up to ensure both team members and community members are respected, valued, safe, and supported. All love, no hate.

BE CLEAN
Practice good personal hygiene. Be considerate of those around you, and help keep our shared space in tip top shape for all to enjoy.

BE ON TIME
Out of respect and safety for your fellow classmates and the instructor, classes start on time and latecomers are not permitted. Arrive with enough time to store your belongings and get ready for class.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

We can’t wait to meet you! Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first class so you can get familiar with the studios you’ll be in, and make sure you’re all set to get your sweat on!

Feel free to visit the studio before the day of your class so you can get familiar with our studios! We would be happy to arrange a tour for you outside of peak studio times at your convenience.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

All you’ll need to bring is workout clothes (or come dressed ready for movement), running shoes if you're taking a HIIT class, a water bottle, and we’ll do the rest! We also sell everything except shoes in our retail shop, in case you forget something. We provide lockers with built-in locks to your store your belongings (one locker permitted per guest).

CHECKING IN

For your first visit, please check in at the front desk. For all subsequent visits, you can check yourself in on the S&T app or with an attendant by the studio doors.

Self check-in opens 30 minutes before your class start time, and closes 5 minutes before the class starts.

We always recommend arriving for class early so that you have plenty of time to get ready. Once you’ve checked in, make sure to head to the correct spot number you’ve booked! You must be present for class if you've checked in.

WHAT SPOT AM I IN?

You can check your spot number by checking your reservation in the app, at the front desk, or with one of our attendants stationed outside your class studio.

Spot numbers in the Ride studio are located on the front of the bikes. Mat numbers in the Yoga studio are found on the yoga blocks.

In the HIIT studio, classes are circuit-based, so you’ll rotate through weights, treadmill, and floor stations, staying at the same number throughout. If you’re not sure which station to switch to next, just remember WTF.

LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect and safety for your fellow classmates and instructors, classes start on time. Doors will open 5 minutes prior to your class start time, and will remain open for 2 minutes after the class starts. Once the studio doors close, any other latecomers will not be allowed in.

Be considerate of your Sweat Fam and do not take up spots in classes you are unable to attend. Only book classes you intend to take to ensure all of our Sweat Fam have a chance to get into class!

Please make sure to cancel your class reservation at least 12 hours in advance, or you will lose a credit for classes booked with a credit. For Unlimited and 9 to 5 Sweat Memberships, you will be charged an $18 fee for no shows and $15 for any late cancellations. This includes switching time slots under the 12-hour notice time period.

PHONE USE

Phones are not permitted in the yoga studio. Please feel free to let your instructor know should you require your mobile device for accessibility or medical reasons.

You may bring your phone into the Ride and HIIT studios, but please be mindful of your Sweat Fam and be present. Your studio time is a gift to yourself – make time for you!

CAN I LEAVE CLASS EARLY?

Unless it's an emergency or you're feeling unwell, please stay in class until the end! We cool down and close off the class together, and leaving early disrupts the flow and experience for other guests. Make sure you fill up your water bottle before class, and take breaks in class as needed.

TONIC HOUSE ACCESS

Tonic House is open to Unlimited members only during weekday working hours (Monday to Friday, open to 5 PM). During this time, all guests in Tonic House must be prepared to present their valid membership access card to a S&T attendant.

You can pick up your access card at the front desk. There is a $10 deposit for Tonic House access cards.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

Our waitlist is designed to move quickly and ensures that guests who want to take a class will have the best chance of getting into that class. As soon as a spot opens up, you will be automatically enrolled on a first come, first served basis, up to 10 minutes before class start time.

If you do not wish or intend to take the class, we encourage you to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid automatic enrolment and a penalty should you no longer be able to make it. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at anytime without penalty. Once you are enrolled, our standard no-show / late cancellation policy will apply. Removing yourself from the waitlist will allow other guests, who are on the waitlist and able to make it to class, the chance to get in.

WHEN DO CLASS SCHEDULES GET RELEASED?

Our class schedule opens up for booking every weekend. You can book classes up to two weeks in advance, every Saturday at 5 PM for Unlimited and 9 to 5 Sweat members, and Sunday at 5 PM for everyone else.

HOW DO MILESTONE REWARDS WORK?

Active guests who book classes with an Unlimited membership, 9 to 5 Sweat membership or S&T credits are eligible for milestone rewards!

Make sure you're opted into email communications and subscribed to our newsletter, so that you can receive notifications, offers, and other important updates.

You get to keep your milestone privileges (e.g. priority booking) so long as there is activity in your account - whether that's a purchase or booking a class - within an 12-month period.
