IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP UPDATE: MANDATORY PROFILE PHOTOS

Hi Sweat Fam,

This season has been full of energy and excitement as we announced our pre-opening sale for our Yorkville location, and we’re grateful to welcome so many new faces to the S&T community. We’re proud to now see over 3,000 check-ins daily across all locations, a number that’s only set to increase with our Yorkville opening this fall.

With so many new faces joining the Sweat Fam each day, we're always looking for ways to take even better care of our community.

As part of our continued efforts to make the S&T experience as seamless as possible, beginning Monday August 31, we'll be introducing mandatory profile photos for all monthly credit pack, Unlimited, 9-5 Sweat, Club Transcend, and pool deck memberships.

Your profile photo protects your membership, prevents membership sharing, and helps us ensure that your membership and its benefits remain yours, so we can continue offering the highest-value membership in Canada.

What do I need to do?
Upload your profile photo by September 20, 2026. You can easily upload a profile photo through the S&T app. A simple, clear headshot-style photo works best!

• We recommend a headshot size of 300 x 300 px
• Make sure your face is clearly visible and well lit
• No hats, sunglasses, or heavy filters
• You should be the only person in the photo - your best selfie is perfect!

What will the photo be used for?

Your privacy matters, and your photo will be used solely for identity verification. Your photo is stored securely in our booking system, Mariana Tek, and is only visible to staff during check-in. We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal identification information to others. For more information, visit our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. 

By uploading your photo, you consent to this use. This process follows PIPEDA, which gives you the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information.
