UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP CARD ACCESS
Tonic House is open to Unlimited members only during weekday working hours (Monday to Friday, open to 5 PM). During this time, all guests in Tonic House must be prepared to present their valid membership access card to a S&T attendant.
GUEST POLICY
Priority in Tonic House is given to Unlimited members during weekday working hours. Space permitting, guests are welcome to visit Tonic House and must be accompanied by an Unlimited member. One guest is permitted per member. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Unlimited members only:
Monday to Friday - open to 5 PM
Open to all:
Monday to Friday - 5 PM to 9:30 PM
Saturdays & Sundays - open to close
Tonic House cocktail bar at Front/Spadina:
Monday to Friday - 5 PM to 9:30 PM
Saturdays & Sundays - 12 PM - 8:30 PM
Open to the public
Laptops are permitted during this time
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
Consumption of outside food and beverages is prohibited within Tonic House during cocktail hours at Front/Spadina. Only items purchased from S&T are permitted.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS & SPACE USAGE
Taking a class or a lunch break? No worries - feel free to leave your spot for up to one hour. Items left unattended for more than one hour will be moved to a closet or locker to ensure other guests are able to use seating and space that is not being actively utilized. All guests in Tonic House are responsible for their personal belongings.
CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE
Help maintain a tidy, clean, and hygienic environment for all. Feet are not permitted on any furniture, and please refrain from engaging in any behaviour that may soil or damage upholstery and furniture. Please dispose of trash properly and clean up after using a table or seating. Report any spills or messes to a S&T team member promptly.
FOOTWEAR
Shoes must be worn at all times in Tonic House. No bare feet, or socks without footwear.
NOISE LEVEL
Help maintain a respectful and productive environment for all. Use headphones with your devices, and keep conversations at a reasonable volume. While cell phones and other electronic devices are permitted, please use them discreetly and avoid loud or disruptive phone conversations.
PHONE BOOTH USE
The phone booth is for taking private calls and telling secrets only! Please utilize the phone booth only as needed and be courteous of other guests' needs for the shared amenity.
WORKSPACE COURTESY
If using shared workspace amenities such as desks or tables, be considerate of others' space and avoid taking up resources unnecessarily. Be mindful of your items in the space around you and safety hazards such as laptop cords, glassware, etc.
BE RESPECTFUL
Treat fellow members, staff, and guests with courtesy and respect.
COLLABORATION & NETWORKING
We encourage networking, creativity, and collaboration in this space! However, please approach others respectfully and be mindful of other guests' time and boundaries.
PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS
Private meeting rooms at Front/Spadina are by reservation only. To book a room, purchase a meeting room credit and reserve on the S&T app or online.
BAR ACCESS
Access behind the bar at Front/Spadina is not permitted. If you require assistance, please feel free to speak to a S&T attendant.
