I’m all about pushing my limits and helping you push yours! I’m about choosing YOU, loving YOU, and putting YOU first. My goal is to take your fitness to the next level. I’m big on proper form and building your physical and mental strength and resilience. I focus on taking a sustainable approach to fitness that begins with the relationship you have with yourself.
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
Movement has always been my outlet and a way for me to express myself. At a young age, I fell in love with dance – I loved the challenge, community and competition. As I got older, my love for movement and curiosity about health and the human body grew stronger. As a result of this, I decided to study kinesiology. As for exercising, it took a bit of time to figure out what worked for me. I went into the fitness world looking for a physical transformation and stayed in it because of the mental one. Sounds corny but it is through fitness that I found my purpose, confidence and a love for myself that had been missing for quite some time.

Anything that challenges and pushes me out of my comfort zone.
I once got chased by a grizzly bear while riding a horse.
