WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

A balance of fire and flow: mindful sequencing, strong foundations, creative transitions, and a playful approach. You’ll sweat, stretch, and learn how to listen to your body’s cues - walking away feeling both physically recharged and mentally clear.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I stumbled onto yoga in India without ever having taken a class before - and it completely changed my life. From there, movement became my medicine and eventually my career. What began as curiosity has grown into a lifelong practice of exploring the body, mind, and spirit through fitness and yoga.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

Dynamic yoga flows, dance, slack and trick line, and just good old fashioned play.

FUN FACT

The first place I ever travelled to was China. I lived there for a year and an half which is what lead me to India. I’ve been to 40+ countries since then. Most recently I moved back to Canada after living in Mexico for the last two years - each place has shaped how I teach and see the world.

WHAT GUESTS WILL SWEAT TO

Expect ambient indie vibes or uplifting beats with a global feel. Deep house, Afro-Latin rhythms, tribal drums, and the occasional mantra banger to keep things classic.
