QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

I am an ERYT-500 with over 700 hours of training and 2000 hours of teaching experience. I hold additional certifications in Sound Healing, Yin yoga, trauma-informed teaching, social justice and equity in yoga, restorative yoga, advanced Pranayama and meditation, pre/post-natal yoga, yogic philosophy, and hands-on assists.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

Graceful, body-positive flows that build to a peak and then bring you back home to yourself. You will have the space to step outside of your comfort zone while also giving you the support to know that you are perfect exactly where you are.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

Yoga was my first love, and it will probably be my last love!
