WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

It’s an epic cardio party on a bike and you’re about to be obsessed! My class will be filled with heavy beats, feely vibes and some pop bops to keep the mood light and fun! With focus on form, choreography, and heavy climbs you will leave feeling a full body workout and sweating from head to toe. Let the music, choreography and my words allow you to escape and let go of anything that is going on outside of our ride room.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

As someone who suffers from anxiety, fitness has always been an outlet for me to keep my mind and body balanced. I got into fitness at a young age but got hooked when I started doing CrossFit. It instilled a passion for group fitness. Crossfit had my heart for a long time, until I found spin. From the changes in music, lights and choreography, there is always a chance to get lost in it all and have fun while doing it. Ride has blended all my passions for fitness and health, and I can’t wait to share that with you in class!
