HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

Movement isn’t just about fitness for me; it’s my grounding force. Sharing the joy of movement makes me feel incredibly lucky. Together, we’ll dance, sweat and move like no one’s watching.

A mix of Ride, heated Pilates, heavy lifting and plenty of core – it’s all about variety!
