My teaching style is all about having fun and not taking ourselves too seriously. I focus on form to ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout, but we’re also basically dancing on the bike! It’s a high-energy, feel-good experience that leaves you smiling and sweaty.

In my class, expect a playlist full of throwbacks that'll have you singing like it’s karaoke night, all while we tackle some serious climbs. The choreography is so fun, you’ll forget you’re even working out—until you feel it the next day!
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I’ve been a dancer my whole life, so music and rhythm have always been huge for me. When I got injured in university, part of my rehab was to get on a bike. The first spin class I took was a total game-changer—it filled the gap that dance left behind and got me hooked on fitness for good.
