Good vibes, hard work, and the best playlist to keep you moving. My classes are rooted in strength training, with a focus on proper form and technique to help you get the most out of every rep. Expect to be pushed out of your comfort zone, try new things, and feel stronger - physically and mentally, with every session. It’s all about progress, not perfection: 1% better every day.
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
As a professional dancer and athlete growing up, fitness was always a big part of my life. After a life-changing injury, I had to pivot and explore a new path - which led me to get my first gym membership at 18. That’s when I fell in love with strength training and a holistic approach to wellness. I truly love what I do and hope to share my passion and knowledge with everyone I have the pleasure of meeting!
