My teaching style balances challenge and motivation with intention and knowledge. I focus on helping individuals move with purpose and confidence by combining strength, conditioning, and mobility. My classes are designed to push both body and mind, encouraging participants to build endurance, controlled movement, and most importantly, confidence in their fitness.

Classes are structured as high-energy sessions focused on movement quality, control, and consistency. Expect to be challenged through dynamic, full-body training designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and leave with a deeper sense of accomplishment and a lot sweatier than when you came in.
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
My journey began through sport and evolved into a lifelong pursuit of physical and mental growth. Fitness became a cornerstone for discipline and self-development. The impact of integrating fitness into my life inspired me to help others find strength, clarity, and confidence through movement.
FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT
I never shy away from a good sweat session. I love to lift heavy and move fast, pairing my strength sessions with high-intensity finishers that test endurance and mental precision, preparing me for any competition, race, or friendly sweat class.
WHAT GUESTS WILL SWEAT TO
Expect a carefully curated blend of Deephouse, Amapiano, hip-hop, and R&B to set the tone for each phase of the workout. The music is rhythmic, motivating, and guaranteed to bring extra energy throughout the class.

Music is my pre-workout! I don't use supplements to get fired up; a good song with a solid beat is all I needs to get amped.
