HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I used to take yoga and Pilates classes to supplement my dance training. Then I decided to deepen my understanding of movements by going to India to study Yoga. The more I learned, the more I wanted to know. Now here we are several years later.

FUN FACT
The first yoga class I’ve ever taught after being certified was in the Sahara Desert in Morroco. Then within 2 months, I taught in a jungle in Costa Rica and then the Sacred Valley in Peru.
