Anchor in your practice with your breath and be guided with mindful tools. You’ll be invited to explore shapes and play while staying true to your body in each moment.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I started yoga in 2008 and discovered its ability to heal my body and mind. Since then, I’ve explored modalities across strength training, Barre and Pilates to compliment my practice.

I once had a pet hamster named Chuckie, who I named after the character of my favourite cartoon as a kid, Rugrats.

My playlists are based on the ebb and flow of my classes, current mood, and the seasons. Find a flow across genres like R&B, hip-hop, Afrobeats, electronic, and ambient. My favourite artists at the moment are Frank Ocean, SZA, Kaytranada, Wizkid, and Rihanna.
