TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is all about helping you leave feeling better than when you walked in. I create a safe, inclusive space where you can explore movement, build confidence, and push past your limits. Expect a class that’s challenging yet empowering, blending high energy with intentional moments that keep you connected to yourself. You’ll be supported, seen, and encouraged to show up fully, have fun, and ride it out.

QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning Instructor Certification 2024, Bachelor of Social Work 2020, and Master of Social Work 2021

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

Expect a high-energy ride set to the best beats where every track has a purpose and every moment counts. We move with the music, build intensity, and tap into both strength and mindset. You’ll be challenged, motivated, and maybe even surprised by what you’re capable of.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I’ve been active for as long as I can remember. I grew up figure skating and competed all the way until I started university. In the off-season I was playing soccer. During university, my connection to movement took a bit of a pause, but I rediscovered it during the pandemic through spin. After taking my first class at Sweat and Tonic, I was instantly hooked, and I haven’t looked back since. What I love most about fitness is that there’s always room to grow and evolve, and I’m constantly seeking new ways to challenge myself and expand in this space.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

Outdoor biking, any form of cardio, and spin of course!

FUN FACT

I was a figure skater for most of my life, so being on a bike and moving to the rhythm feels like a full-circle moment, just in a different form.

WHAT YOU'LL SWEAT TO

A high-energy mix of EDM, house, pop remixes, and hip-hop, with my favourite twist being classical rock remixes. Every playlist is built around strong beats, bass drops, and rhythm-driven tracks that match the ride and keep you fully locked in from start to finish.
