Picture the energizer bunny but on a ride bike! I am here to motivate, excite, and build you up on and off the bike. As I always say, listen to your own body first and my voice second. I'll encourage you to go at your own pace, but I’m here to challenge you when you need that extra push and add in that extra quarter turn!

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

High energy, diverse beats, and lots of SWEAT!

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

As a child, I was always drawn to all types of physical activity. Dance became my main focus at a young age and was something I pursued competitively. As a form of training, I began spinning and instantly fell in love with the high energy, loud music, fast-paced choreography, and team atmosphere. I began teaching spin in my senior year of high school, and I haven’t stopped since!

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

A dance, Pilates, HIIT, boxing, ride, or yoga class ALWAYS does the trick.

FUN FACT

I’m from the West Coast! I grew up in the Okanagan in beautiful British Columbia.
