HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
When I was young, I discovered a weight training class that instantly captivated me. Gradually, I shifted my focus from sports to spending as much time as possible in the gym. Witnessing my transformation, my friends began seeking advice from me and requesting training sessions. Since then, fitness has been my outlet, my space, where I think and meditate.
