Expect a special experience that brings together his love for movement, philosophy, and music. He takes his time to find music that aligns with the energy of the class. Expect intentional sequencing that helps you lose track of time, and truly remain present. His goal is to teach you how to improve your physical (asana) and mental (philosophy) practice. Seyar is passionate about improving your functional strength, flexibility, and mobility throughout his classes, which are power vinyasa-based with a stylish twist. Be prepared to leave feeling strong, uplifted, and connected.
