Bachelor of Arts Kinesiology from Western University, Direct Sellers Association 2022 Rising Star Award Winner (for excellence in leadership + positive impact on community)
WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS
Fast jogs, heavy upbeat climbs, a splash of dance & pop remixes + a sprinkle of country music. Oh, and the occasional amateur stand up comedy performance.
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
Growing up a dancer for over 16 years, I have always been obsessed with movement. Whether it was hockey, basketball, track + field, swimming, dance or gymnastics, I never could sit still. Still can’t (haha). When I graduated high school and entered university, I lost a bit of my “fitness passion” as I never LOVED going to the gym. I missed the team aspect and community of dance/team sport. When my best friend invited me to my first rhythm ride spin class in 2017, everything changed. I knew this was exactly what I was looking for in my life & I’ve been hooked ever since!

With friends, in a dark room, with bright lights & epic tunes (aka RIDE CLASS) =)
FUN FACT
I got suspended in grade 2 for pulling the fire alarm. Probably the most rebellious thing I’ve ever done in my life, haha!
