WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

You'll be challenged, inspired, and fully engaged. My classes focus on building strength, flexibility, balance, and functional mobility through dynamic and thoughtfully sequenced flows with intentional transitions. I also teach Yin practices focused on nervous system regulation, deep release, and relaxation, often supported by sound bath. I offer progressive cues, hands-on support, and individual attention to help you grow with confidence and awareness.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

Movement has always been part of my life, but over time I became more aware of my body’s potential and was drawn to exploring it in a healthy, sustainable way. My fitness journey began over 10 years ago with a conscious decision to prioritize my health. I started with Power Yoga, which opened the door to yoga philosophy and meditation. From there, I explored strength training and CrossFit to build strength and resilience, while maintaining a consistent yoga practice. In 2021, I completed my formal yoga teacher training and have since continued to deepen my practice and evolve as a teacher.
