Detailed and connection-driven. I'm highly focused on technique and progress. I want everyone who comes to class to learn and improve, and I make sure every person is pushing themselves to the next level.

QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Certified Personal Trainer, Pre-Script Level 1 & 2, N1 Biomechanics, StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 1, FRC. I hold a Master's Degree in Sports Management from France. I also competed in high-level sport as a member of the French National Team in Pistol Shooting for five years.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

My best friend brought me to the gym when I was 19 and I never left.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

Right now it's HYROX training and running. I also train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for two years and love working up a serious sweat on the mats!

I'm French, so don't be surprised if my sense of humour shows up in class.
