Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours at Western University, Certified Personal Trainer with CanFitPro, currently receiving my Health Coaching Certification

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
Being active and health oriented has always been a passion of mine. I grew up playing sports but always loved the training aspect more than the actual competitions. This inspired me to get into strength training and educate myself on nutrition which I then turned into a career.

High-intensity functional training or running outdoors.
