QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Bachelors of Kinesiology, Certified Personal Trainer, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Dharamsala, India), Nutrition Coach, Reiki Level 1, Certified Trauma-Informed Life Coach. I’ve done extensive training in nervous system work, breathwork & meditation, somatic therapy and embodiment, and I also host international yoga & wellness retreats!

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

My classes blend mindful movement with introspection. Expect intentional sequences, creative variations, and invitations to tune inward and deepen your relationship with yourself (along with a great playlist!!)

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I grew up an athlete and a dancer because of my restless energy! When I took my first yoga class at 14, I realized movement could be an avenue for deeper self-exploration and an incredible tool for my mental health. I fell in love with taking care of my body, mind, and soul through movement.

Yoga, strength training, running, and ecstatic dance!

FUN FACT

I was born in Albania and immigrated to Canada when I was 3 years old!
