BA Honours Specialization in Kinesiology, Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition L1 + L2, Crossfit L1. International level competitive figure skater representing Team Canada, National level in Olympic Weightlifting.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

Everyone is welcome - whether it’s your first time or you’re an advanced athlete. I will challenge you, push you and hold you accountable, but most importantly, I want you to learn, have fun and build a little more confidence each time you step into that room.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I am a life long athlete. My journey began with 15 years of competitive figure skating, representing Team Canada internationally. Transitioning out of my sport was a challenge, but I found joy in the process of making fitness a part of my lifestyle. Being a part of a supportive community was crucial in this process and now with over 15 years in the industry, I’m dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and creating safe spaces for people to grow.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

Anything with a barbell or rhythm cycling!

FUN FACT

I completed firefighting school at FESTI.
