Trained competitive dancer in my past life. Currently working as a Naturopathic doctor in Toronto with a passion for exercise and movement. I have been teaching Ride for 8 years and I love it so much!

Expect to fall in love with music and movement - I want to push you to be your best and strongest self in the room and in everyday life! There are no real limits to our potential, so let's learn to unlock our power and reach for the top!
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I grew up dancing so I’ve always had a love for movement, but Ride came into my life when I was at a low place mentally. My first class changed me and gave me the strength to find happiness and believe in myself again - and this is what I want everyone to achieve. Whether you have been riding for years, or it’s your first time - I want you to feel the magic of Ride and finding out just how strong you really are!
FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT
Ride and strength training. In the summer I like to run, hike, and ride my road bike - I also love a good sauna sesh!
