In my yoga classes, you can expect a supportive and playful space to explore your growing practice. I specialize in breaking down challenging postures into manageable steps, giving you a taste of advanced asanas in an approachable way. Through clear guidance and encouragement, I aim to remind you of your limitless potential, showing how the lessons we learn on the mat can reflect and enrich all aspects of life.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I fell in love with yoga in spring of 2022 when I learned my first arm balance, Crow Pose. From that moment on, I've balanced on my hands everyday. Through dedication, discipline, and self study, yoga has helped me redefine what confidence and success mean to me.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

Hot Power Vinyasa with post handstand training and sauna sessions are my favourite times to sweat it out!

FUN FACT

Before discovering yoga, I was an equestrian, and one of my life goals is to become a hobbyist vaulter - an equine sport that combines acrobatics and yoga on a moving horse.
