I’ve been teaching group fitness since 2015, and have been teaching spin since 2020.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

Expect good vibes, high energy, and a space with no expectations other than to move your body and sweat. Let’s get excited about our progress and what’s to come!

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I competed in rhythmic gymnastics for over 10 years in my childhood. After quitting the sport, I fell in love with group fitness classes (I still remember my first step class that I took with my mom). A couple years later I was approached to start leading those same step classes, and the rest is history. Now I can’t imagine my life without fitness and movement!

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

When I’m not taking a class at S&T, I love dancing and trying new fitness activities - I'm always down to switch it up!

FUN FACT

Outside of leading group fitness classes, I work full-time as an actuarial consultant (yay math!)

Anything and everything, ranging from Latin beats to hip-hop to your favourite throwbacks.
