Community is at the core of everything I do because when you feel safe in a space, everything changes. I'm here to connect with you through the grind, push you past what you thought possible, and help you hit goals you set for yourself. We chase milestones, celebrate every win, and show up for each other, because crossing a finish line always feels better when your people are right there with you.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

Come ready to connect and work! My classes mix interval training, hill work, and speed sessions to make your runs feel easier. My tempo runs will get you comfortable holding a faster pace for longer and social pace runs are woven in too, so you get to actually meet the S&T community while building your endurance. Hard work, good people, every time!

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

Field hockey and soccer were my whole world growing up. Running came after - it was a way to stay competitive, set goals for myself, and keep moving when team sports weren't on the schedule anymore.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

I love a Ride class - it just makes me happy. I also love HIIT classes because you get to try a little of everything, basically an adult jungle gym and I'm here for it.
