WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

Leave whatever is happening in your life - good or bad - at the door, and sink into the moment. We'll spend a few minutes grounding ourselves with breathwork at the start of class before moving through a structured flow that will challenge and motivate you. We'll start with foundational postures and build as we go, eventually getting an opportunity to hit a variety of intermediate/advanced postures. Whether it's your first time practicing yoga or you've been practicing for years, students can expect to feel connected, supported, and a sense of belonging in my class. By the time we're done you'll be feeling strong and serene!

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

Growing up I played a variety of sports including hockey, basketball, and golf, and I have always felt engaged through physical activity. I was introduced to yoga by my sisters in high school through weekly classes at our local gym, and since then it has grown to become a core part of my life. For me, the best means of staying grounded and persevering through life's challenges has been found on my mat which is why I continue to practice and connect with others through yoga.
