TEACHING STYLE

I encourage curiosity and playfulness in your practice, with opportunities to colour outside the lines, get you out of your head and into your body. We'll experiment with a balance of challenge and surrender - grounding you in the present moment.

QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

RYT 200-Hour - practicing regularly since 2011 and teaching since 2016. I’ve also led 20+ retreats, locally and internationally, curating, planning, and hosting beautiful, holistic retreat experiences.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

In my classes we’ll honour where you are and explore where you want to go with creative movement sequences, intentional transitions, and clear cues - all rooted in the breath. We'll experiment with a balance of challenge and surrender to grounding you in the present moment.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I was initially drawn to Yoga's ability to build strength, release tension, and create space to breathe. Over time, Yoga became much more than fitness - it's my way to reconnect with myself, manage stress and anxiety, and my primary tool for maintaining balance. As my own practice deepened, I felt inspired to share what I was discovering with others, leading me to completing my YTT in 2016.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

Running outdoors! I love that running can be both physical and meditative.

FUN FACT

I spent 10 years working as a television producer before becoming a full-time Yoga teacher.

WHAT YOU'LL SWEAT TO

Expect a mix that compliments the class vibe. From throwbacks, covers, and instrumentals, to soul, funk, and R&B - my playlists are all thoughtfully chosen to match the rhythm, tempo, and energy of our practice.
