Won the Gravenhurst Olympic Distance Triathlon, Schwinn Certified Spinning Instructor, placed top five at the Trimuskokan and Toronto Triathlon Festival, graduated with honors from the Queen’s Commerce program, Ride to Conquer Cancer – 220km ride in support of the Princess Margret Cancer Centre for the past two year

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

In my class, you can expect a ton of trap remixes with a bit of hip hop and rap – that heavy bass from Fisher, Drake, Tiesto and Hardwell will push you through bursts of intensity, up hills and set the rhythm for the ride.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

Growing up as a long-distance runner and varsity rower, I love pushing my physical boundaries. I got into indoor cycling as off-season training for Triathlons and fell in love with the heavy beats, dark room and physical intensity.

I’m a brand marketer in the alcohol industry, so I’m really equal parts Sweat and Tonic!
