HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I suffered an injury from running and was looking for a way to keep training, so I decided to give ride classes a shot. I was immediately hooked. It didn’t take me long to realize I wanted to teach so I could give others the same experiences that ride classes have given me.
FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT
Any group fitness class with good music that gets the heart racing and sweat dripping.
