True rhythm riding. I’m with you, doing the workout, the whole time. Catch that beat. Add a bit of choreo. Find new strength and connection to your body while you ride. Cardio doesn’t have to be a chore, so I say: we might as well make it a party!
QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I have been nominated for two Grammys and one Juno with singing groups.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS
Expect to work hard and sweat harder! A full body workout on a bike. I am passionate about creating diverse playlists (from everywhere and for everyone), love to take requests, and am committed to making sure my classes are a safe space to sweat.
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
For over 20 years I was always too nervous and intimidated to step into a gym or exercise class. A conversation and eventual coaching with a fitness trainer back in university completely changed my mindset and inspired me to overcome my anxiety in and out of the gym. I haven’t looked back since!

Riding hard and lifting heavy.
FUN FACT
When I’m not teaching spin, you can find me either performing on stages and in recording studios, or running my speech-language pathology practice where I help adults communicate the most authentic version of themselves.
