My goal is that my love for what I do and my authenticity speaks to my class participants, and that I make them feel like they can be vulnerable to challenge themselves in my classes. I'm all for building strong foundations, creating a sense of community and positive (HIGH!!) energy in the space.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

You can expect an engaging, challenging workout that flows seamlessly to a curated playlist. You'll lose yourself in the music the moment you step in the door and feel empowered to take what you need from the workout - I always give options for all levels of fitness to make sure you get the most out of our time training together.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I grew up as a competitive dancer from childhood up until second year of university. Once I "retired" from dancing, I carried my same love for movement with me, discovering a passion and natural aptitude for fitness. Starting with one-on-one personal training, I eventually got into small group training and working with varsity athletes, then into group fitness classes (Ride and HIIT). At S&T I'm able to combine the best of it all - my musicality from dance and my technical background from training - makes it feel almost predestined!

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

I truly love trying all different types of movement but my typical week of workouts includes a mix of strength training, spin classes, pilates, and a hot sauna session on recovery days.

FUN FACT

I quit the corporate world at the age of 23 to pursue my love for fitness full-time!

Expect anything from rap & trap to hot girl house music, to throwbacks and sing-a-longs.
