HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I've always wanted to be a pro athlete. I grew up playing sports and lost touch in my university days, but reclaimed my active lifestyle in 2010 when I had a quarter life crisis - switching from working at American Eagle to Lululemon. I eventually ended up trading jeans and graphic tee’s, for stretchy spandex and moisture wicking athletic gear!

Sauna sessions, steam or a hot summer day!

FUN FACT

I have never watched any Star Wars, Harry Potter or lord of the rings movies. Haven’t read the books either.
