HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
As a kid I danced a lot, eventually pursuing my BA in Dance in university. I began practicing yoga as a means of balancing my body and mind while going through that dance program and fell in love with it. I have practiced ever since. I used to love cycling on my road bike through the countryside when I lived in small town Alberta, when I moved to Toronto I discovered spin and realized that it combines my love of music, dance, and riding in one place. Basically, I just love to move!
FAVOURITE WAYS TO SWEAT
Yoga and ride (and spontaneous dance parties in my living room).
FUN FACT
I’m a licensed skydiver and have jumped 30 times (and counting)!
