HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I grew up playing basketball and running track/cross country on the side to support my basketball career all the way up to university. UTM Basketball what’s up! After basketball I knew I still wanted to find ways to be active, be strong, and maintain a healthy life and that led me to my strength training and overall wellness journey which opened the door to me supporting you on yours!
FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT
I’m a sucker for all things movement and while I still do get buckets from time to time, my top 3 would have to be strength training, running, and of course the HYROX movement!
FUN FACT
I often run without music. Call me crazy I know, something about the sound of feet hitting the pavement is music enough!

You can expect a blend of hip-hop, rap, RnB, dancehall, afro/amapiano, and more. Anything and everything that hits hard and pushes you to work even harder!
