I ride alongside you, using musicality, programming, and positive reinforcement to create an inclusive, judgment-free space. We work hard, celebrate effort, and tap into inner strength - leaving class sweaty, empowered, and smiling.
QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Completed an 8 month boutique spin studio training program in 2021 and coaching spin classes for 4+ years. I have a Master of Teaching degree from the University of Toronto (OISE) and also worked as a boxing instructor.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS
Hard work with lots of sweat but you don't realize how hard you're working because you're too busy having fun! My playlists are meticulously designed to fuel your journey - blending hills, jogs, and sprints to keep your momentum soaring. Get ready to embrace your full potential!
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I started weight lifting in university and fell in love with the mental and physical benefits of working out to destress. Shortly thereafter, I discovered spin classes which became my favourite exercise to feel that mind-body connection, achieve an endorphin rush, and connect with others.

Ride classes, pilates, and running.
FUN FACT
I travelled solo to Las Vegas to catch Anyma at the Sphere. There was no way I was going to miss the first EDM show there!
WHAT YOU'LL SWEAT TO
EDM, Techno, House, Pop, Hip-Hop, Dubstep, throwbacks... I love a good theme ride and anything that makes you want to dance!
