Hard work with lots of sweat but you don't realize how hard you're working because you're too busy having fun. My playlists are meticulously designed to fuel your journey - blending hills, jogs, and sprints to keep your momentum soaring. Get ready to unleash your full potential and embrace the thrill of transformation with each session.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I started weight lifting in university and fell in love with the mental and physical benefits of working out to destress. Shortly thereafter, I discovered spin classes which became my favourite exercise to feel that mind-body connection, achieve an endorphin rush, and connect with others.

Ride classes, boxing, running.
