WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS
You can expect to build strength and consistency. I am all about working hard, pushing your limits, and making sure that you ENJOY what you are doing so that you make the most of your movement. I will be your biggest cheerleader!
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I grew up very active playing sports and dancing. I fell in love with dance and completed my BFA in 2017. I also used group fitness classes to supplement my training and started to fall in love with weights, barre, Pilates, running – you name it! I started teaching barre and Pilates originally as a side gig to performing but fell in love and began to get more certifications. I am obsessed with the human body and what we can accomplish when we train consistently. I began to build a community and realized that movement is like my first language – I don’t know what I would do without it!
