QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I’m a certified ride, yoga, and Pilates instructor with a love for training across disciplines. As a hybrid athlete, I’ve taken on multiple HYROX races, clocked a 1:33 half marathon, and broke the 20-minute barrier in the 5K.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I wasn’t born an athlete - I didn’t even step foot in a gym until I was 25. A friend dragged me to my first ride class, and I was hooked. From there, movement became my outlet and my passion - and eventually, my career
