TEACHING STYLE
Expansive, exploratory, and intentionally different. I love to offer hands-on assists and corrections to challenge and ground you simultaneously.
QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I've been guiding movement for over a decade and am honoured to have taught over 10,000 classes in many modalities including yoga, barre, spin, Pilates, and Lagree. I've accumulated over 500 hours of yoga training, hosted wellness retreats in Mexico and assisted 200 HR Yoga Teacher Trainings in Bali. One of my favourite parts of my career is mentoring new teachers, creating trainings and hosting workshops to help instructors stay inspired and continue to grow.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS
It's all about the shakes and the burn - my classes are musically driven to build with intention to challenge your strength and endurance. We’ll flow to the beat, embrace the intensity, and push right to the edge!
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I grew up dancing everything from ballet and hip hop to acro. Soon after high school I fell in love with yoga after my first hot power class where the music was bumping and the energy felt like magic! My practice became a creative way that I could move my body, maintain my flexibility, and challenge myself to learn new skills like handstands and arm balances (which I became totally obsessed with and now love to teach).
FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT
Snowboarding and of course everything that I teach; hot yoga, mat Pilates, and Lagree.
FUN FACT|Music festivals are my favourite place to be outside the studio. Together with my husband and friends, we founded ¿Por Que No? festival and throw parties across Canada and Mexico.

WHAT YOU'LL SWEAT TO
The playlist is maybe the most important part! When I teach yoga I'm about deep primal beats and minimal vocals... tribal techno and organic house with an ancestral and ethnic feel. In Pilates it's all about the party with tech house, indie dance and underground remixes. Some of my favourite artists include Bedouin, Blond:ish, Super Flu, Brunello, Parra for Cuva, Jan Blomqvist, and Joezi.
