TEACHING STYLE

I believe yoga is a form of self-expression. As much as you are here to move your body, a lot can happen to the mind as we flow. I am here to help you bring the body and mind together. You’ll leave class feeling more connected to your Self.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

you'll feel strong building your foundation while also taking opportunities to challenge yourself and grow. Whether it's a power flow or yin class, you'll find time to pause, reflect, and explore how your body and mind respond to new experiences.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I come from a family rooted in fitness; both of my older siblings are fitness instructors and would take me to their classes at a young age. I fell in love with the industry and the idea that helping people feel their best both mentally and physically could be my career! However, yoga specifically came into my life when I felt disconnected from Self and it brought me back to myself, which is why connection to Self is a large focus of my classes.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

Power Flow or a solid run (especially in a foreign country where my run doubles as exploring!)

FUN FACT

I eat like 4 lemons a day. Not lemon water. I eat the whole lemon (I love it!)

WHAT YOU'LL SWEAT TO

Deep beats from around the world. I love mixing in grounding beats, soulful sounds, and remixes of the two to create the full experience!
