HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I got my start in high school, training early mornings with a bodybuilding gym teacher who sparked my passion for strength, cardio and HIIT. Over two years, I completed six courses in weightlifting, training, and nutrition, and transformed from 125lbs to 185lbs. That growth not only boosted my confidence in sports but also inspired me to help others find their own strength through fitness.
