HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I started my fitness journey by joining the high school football and rugby team to expend my excess energy, build discipline and build a good physique. As I entered adulthood, I noticed its impact on improving my personal and professional output so it's now become a non-negotiable in my life.

Muay Thai, sports (basketball, football, tennis and volleyball), strength training, running and HIIT!

My first job was at McDonald's and I won $10,000 for making a burger called the Kickin' McChicken!
