Strive Life Fitness certified, ICF Mindvalley certified life coach, trauma resilience coach, Pilates reformer instructor. Extreme hot and cold breathwork, and mindfulness facilitator along with ten years as a structural firefighter.
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
Fitness helped me lose over 80 pounds, enabling me to grow in all areas of my life. Not just physically but through the mental resilience, emotional well-being, and focus you receive from it.
FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT
Boxing and old-school sweat 'til you drop workouts! I love being pushed and pushing myself past my limits. I have also started incorporating a lot more body weight, pilates, and deeper core workouts for the longevity aspect!
