When is Tonic Spa opening?

We're excited to announce that the soft opening of Tonic Spa at Front/Spadina (The Well) will be on Saturday, March 30 at 9 AM!

What services will be available?

During our soft opening, the following services will be available for booking:

  • Massage therapy
  • Lymphatic sculpting
  • Cryotherapy
  • Compression therapy
  • Red light therapy
  • IV therapy
  • DEXA scan
  • Chiropractic care
  • Physiotherapy
  • Acupucture (TCM)
  • Skin & body care, including facials
  • Cosmetic injectables

Massage therapy, cryotherapy, acupuncture, and lymphatic sculpting will continue to be available at our Yonge/Shuter location.

When is the pool opening?

We are in the final stages of setting up our hydrotherapies, including our hot & cold contrast therapy room and our pool deck, which are targeted to open before mid April. Updates will be provided as soon as pool booking opens.

Who will have access to the pool?

The pool will be accessible to Unlimited members who have a pool pass add-on, Club Transcend members, and Tonic Spa guests with eligible treatments.


I have an existing Personal Training / wellness service account. Is there anything I need to do?

As an existing guest who has previously booked a wellness service or Personal Training session at S&T, your account has been automatically migrated to our new system, including your contact information and login. To protect your privacy, your payment information has not been transferred.

To complete your account set-up, please complete the following steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Click ‘Sign in’, then ‘Forgot password’ to reset your password
  3. Log in using your existing email and your new password
  4. Add a valid payment method on file to complete the set-up by clicking your name
  5. Go to ‘Payment Details’ and follow the steps to add a credit card

I have a future appointment booked. Is there anything I need to do to confirm my booking?

Your reservation has not been affected by the migration, and no other action is required from you other than resetting your password and adding a payment method on file. You’re all set!

How do I book a service?

Services like cryotherapy, compression therapy, and personal training sessions no longer have to be pre-purchased in order to book. In our new booking system, you'll be able to purchase and book, all in one go!

Can I still book services at Yonge/Shuter?

Yes! Wellness & recovery services at Yonge/Shuter can be booked using the same login at and selecting Yonge/Shuter in the location drop down.


When will my membership activate?

We want to ensure you receive the full benefits of your membership upon activation. As such, your membership and billing cycle are not set to start until the pool deck and hot & cold therapy room are open.
