YOUR CRYOTHERAPY SESSION

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Sessions are 3 minutes long. You will be given a clean robe, cryotherapy mitts, headband, and boots to change into before exposure to -130 degrees Celsius.

A guide will be present at all times to ensure that you have a safe and comfortable experience. However, you may choose to end the session at any time by simply letting your guide know that you are ready to finish.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?

You must bring a pair of fresh, dry cotton or wool socks. Your body and hair must be completely dry. Do not workout or take a class immediately prior to your session as your body and hair need to be free of sweat.
