HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I started competitive dancing as a kid and from that moment on movement became my language. It’s how I express, release, and return home to myself.

Any movement that lets me drop into my body - yoga, running, dancing, Pilates, lifting, and the ultimate reset: a deep sweat in the sauna!
