Where personalized coaching meets sweat - join us every Tuesday in February and get your sweat on as you explore movement in the Personal Training studio and learn the basics in a focused, small group setting.

February 20: Kettle Bells & Core w/ Dustin (WAITLISTED)
All-in-one, full-body fun. Learn the fundamentals and versatility of training with kettlebells - we’ll unpack essential exercises to target glutes, back, core, and cardio, and discover a whole new level of head-to-toe strength, stability, and conditioning.

February 27: Big Booty Gains w/ Kaivan (booking opens Feb 18 @ 5 PM)
Peach szn, but make it all year long. Learn the fundamentals of building your booty and lower body strength using squat racks, landmines, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more. You’ll learn the best techniques for resistance training, performing compound movements, the importance of tempo, and the best exercises and progressions to stimulate muscle growth and strength.
